Mission
The mission is to give each client complete satisfaction and a tangible impact on the performance of the business. The work began after seeing how much time and energy were lost in scattered processes at startups and SMEs. The firm brings those operations into Zoho, so the team works in one file instead of separate spreadsheets and inboxes.
Vision
The firm works toward a Zoho suite that is readable, kept up to date, and useful day to day, where the quote, the invoice, the work order, and the stock follow one another. That is the direction of the mandates: the real process lives in the suite, and teams keep using it after go-live.
How the firm works
A mandate starts by scoping the need: who prepares the quote, who invoices, who goes on site, where the stock is, and what must stay outside Zoho. Deployment runs through go-live, with handover to the teams. The firm stays afterward, to adjust the suite once it is in production.
What the firm does
Iliad implements and supports the Zoho suite for SMEs, from the quote to the invoice, including field work and stock. With the client, the firm decides what belongs in Zoho and what stays in the tools already in use. Module detail is on the Services pages.
Reda Abdennebi
President and expert integrator, he co-founded the firm. He studied finance and IT at HEC Montréal. He designs the CRM, Books, and Projects paths, FSM work orders, Deluge functions, applications hosted on Zoho Catalyst, and the bridges to other systems. He builds them with the Zoho suite, Deluge, Python, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Nada Kmiha
Vice-president and co-owner, she co-founded the firm. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and has more than five years in manufacturing and IT. She links the business need to the project scope: what belongs in the mandate, what stays out, and how an operational request becomes a path the team can run day to day.
