This policy states which personal information iliad.solutions collects, why, and how to correct or delete it. The company is in Quebec.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, phone number, company (optional), email, and a short description of the need. The host also keeps technical logs (IP address, date, browser) to secure the site.

The site does not run Google Analytics or Matomo and does not show advertising. The only cookie tied to the form is the one used to display the captcha and send your message.

Why

We use this information to answer you and, if a mandate follows, to carry it out. We do not use it to send a newsletter. No subscription box is checked for you.

Retention

Messages are kept long enough to handle the request, then for the accounting period if a contract is signed. Namecheap processes technical logs for the site. We do not sell this information.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, or withdrawal of consent by writing to info@iliad.solutions. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Confidentiality incident

If an incident creates a risk of serious harm, Iliad notifies the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by Quebec's private-sector privacy law.
