Implement Zoho One end to end
Zoho CRM
Zoho Books
Zoho Inventory
An Iliad implementation starts from today's operations: who writes the quote, who invoices, who goes on site, where the stock sits. Zoho One is then built for that path, not to switch on as many apps as possible.
The core we put in place
- Zoho CRM for the pipeline, accounts, contacts, and quotes.
- Zoho Books for the invoice, the payment, and Quebec sales taxes, on the same customer file.
- Zoho FSM when technicians or field teams must open a work order and tie it to the financial file.
- Zoho Inventory when you hold stock or run a store, so the order and the quantity on hand do not live in another spreadsheet.
Time-and-materials or fixed-fee mandates
For a team that sells projects rather than field visits, the rollout follows another path we have already delivered.
- An opportunity pipeline, then a project record: customer, owner, estimated hours, requested date, hourly or fixed fee, and status.
- On acceptance, a Zoho Projects project opens from a template: phases, tasks, timesheets, and an alert when hours pass the estimate.
- Zoho WorkDrive folders ordered customer then project, linked from the record so files do not stay in inboxes.
- Zoho Books: invoice at the end of the mandate or by milestone, sending and reminders, aligned with the billing mode on the project record.
- Zoho People for leave and the time clock. If payroll stays in another system, hours are exported. Zoho does not become a second payroll service.
- In later waves, as agreed: Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Expense, Zoho Analytics (hours worked against hours billed, load, revenue). Zoho Sign when the quote is signed in the same path.
Sales pipeline
- Lead stages: new, first contact, qualification, demo, nurture, unqualified, re-engage.
- A first-touch deadline on the record, so a lead does not sit untouched.
- Deal stages: full demo, quote, negotiation, invoicing, won, lost.
- A kanban, email and calendar synced to the record, and dashboards limited to what sales follow-up actually uses.
The stages
- Workshops on two or three priority processes, with the people who actually run them.
- Data model: statuses, required fields, and what stays outside Zoho.
- Configuration, then native automations. Deluge only for the rule the standard screen cannot cover.
- Opening data only (customers, products, balances that matter), not a needless history migration.
- Go-live, team handover, and a short window of fixes on the real path.
Duration depends on how many processes are in scope. The first conversation is where that gets set. We do not promise a timeline before seeing the quote-to-invoice path and, if it exists, the field path.
